Who We Are

Board of Directors

 

PLIAN is governed by a voluntary board.  Volunteers are very important to PLIAN and our board plays a key role in providing direction, overseeing management of PLIAN, and providing liaison with the community at large.  Each board member brings different perspectives and skills to PLIAN, which we believe, makes the experience rewarding for everyone.  Our board members are expected to take an active role in setting direction for and promoting PLIAN, supporting its activities, and assisting PLIAN in achieving its short and long-term goals.

PLIAN's dedicated volunteers help to ensure that we are able to carry out our mandate of educating Newfoundlanders and Labradorians about the law.  We strive to provide an educational, fun, and rewarding environment for our volunteers.
