Camp
Are you between the ages of 12 and 15? Are you interested in learning more about the law?
Sign up for the Youth Justice Rocks Summer Camp! You'll get a chance to....

tour your local police station and Provincial courthouse,
-
participate in workshops on crime prevention issues led by community members and PLIAN staff ,
-
listen to presentations by lawyers, police officers, judges, and more,
-
meet friends and participate in recreational activities, and
-
participate in a mock trial!
It's FREE to participate!
PLIAN offers the Youth Justice Rocks Camp based on available funding each summer. Offering the camp in communities outside of St. John's is also based on the amount of available funding.
New information on the Youth Justice Rocks Camp will be available on the News and Events section of our website in the spring of each year.

Youth participate in a mock trial in a real courtroom with a real judge!
Community members visit the campers to discuss crime prevention and other law-related issues.
Campers make friends and have great laughs together at camp.
Youth learn that graffiti on paper and not on walls is fine!
